Internally & Externally Threaded Part

The internal threaded core is removed from the tool with the moulding and manually unscrewed using simple hard tools.

As a matter of interest, the white inserts on the moulding were pre-moulded and placed into the main component so that they are held in place by shrinkage as the part cools.
